• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service in ways that degrade performance
• Resell or sub-licence access to the platform or our data
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinLogicPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to gambling losses, financial losses, or decisions made based on our predictions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or that predictions will be correct.

All content on WinLogicPro — including the WinLogicPro name, logo, AI-generated predictions, design, code, and text — is the intellectual property of WinLogicPro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own private, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform and all paid features will end immediately
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled — no further charges will be made
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
